Cancellation Policy
Lab Appointment Package Policy By purchasing a lab review package, you agree to the following terms: All lab packages are non-refundable once test kits have been ordered or shipped. Lab review sessions must be scheduled and completed within 60 days of receiving lab results. If you do not complete your lab review within this time frame, sessions will be forfeited. A 2-hour lab review session is included (unless otherwise stated). This session will cover interpretation of results and personalized next steps. If a custom protocol is included in your package, you will receive it within 7 business days following your lab review session. You must give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. No-shows or late cancellations will result in a forfeited session. Lab review services are educational and for wellness coaching purposes only. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any supplements, additional labs, or follow-up sessions recommended are not included unless explicitly stated in your package. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
